Liquor License Feasibility Report

·         A Feasibility Report provides information related to obtaining the liquor license for a particular use and location such as:

·         Whether the license must be identified for purchase or if it is obtained via Direct Issue from the City, County and/or state liquor authorities.

·         How long does it take the State and local municipality (if applicable) to process the application and issue the license.

·         Application processing information (i.e. what is required to submit the application properly, personal information on officers, applicants etc.)

·         Design requirements (i.e. whether the bar needs to be partitioned off from a dining, patio surrounded etc.)

·         Distance restrictions such as whether it is permissible to operate an establishment serving liquor within a specific distance from schools, churches, residents and/or other liquor establishments.

·         Employee registration/permits, certification requirements, alcohol awareness training etc.

·         Municipal/State contact information.

·         Various additional licensing requirements.
