·         Applications need to be completed and processed for all required permits to operate.

·         Provide all attachments required

·        Most liquor applications require plans, personal and financial information on officers and directors (if applicable), fingerprint cards and approvals from municipality/State authorities and many other requirements.

·        Applications can take several weeks to six months to process depending on city and state.  Be prepared to submit the application 3 to 6 months before the scheduled opening.  Allow extra time as problems could arise and cause delays.
